{"id":122,"date":"2016-03-23T20:37:59","date_gmt":"2016-03-23T11:37:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.naigai-web.jp\/works\/cdmhe\/en\/?page_id=122"},"modified":"2016-04-14T10:00:43","modified_gmt":"2016-04-14T01:00:43","slug":"facility_for_use","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/cdmhe.jp\/en\/guide\/facility_for_use\/","title":{"rendered":"Facility for Use"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>\u201dMoMo Sim\u201d User guide<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<h3 style=\"font-style:italic;\">1. &lt; Terms of use &gt;<\/h3>\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:1em;text-indent:-1em;\">&#x25B7; When you use the simulation floor\u201dMoMo Sim\u201d, you have to make a reservation.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Reservation is requested by the previous day during the office hour (9:00a.m-17:00p.m of weekday.)<\/li>\r\n<li>E-mail is available for reservation.<br \/>\r\n\uff0aYour name, department, the date and time of use, the room for use, the equipment and the purpose of use must be confirmed for reservation.\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>When you use \u201cMoMo Sim\u201d in a non-business hour, please come to our office before the use day to receive the room key. You cannot enter the room without the key.<br \/>\r\n\uff0aPlease bear the responsibility of the key.<br \/>\r\n\uff0aAfter the usage, return to the key at the main gatehouse.<br \/>\r\n\uff0aPlease be sure to submit the record after the usage.\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>At the reservation date, please come to Interdisciplinary Education and Research Building 4th floor, MoMo Sim reception.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3 style=\"font-style:italic;\">2. &lt; Attention &gt;<\/h3>\r\n<p style=\"margin-left:1em;text-indent:-1em;\">&#x25B7; We accept no responsibility for any loss resulting from using MoMo Sim.<br \/>\r\nPlease follow all the precautions below;\r\n<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Don\u2019t use the room, simulator, and the person that we are not accepted.<\/li>\r\n<li>Be punctual at the reservation time.<\/li>\r\n<li>Eating and drinking are prohibited in general.
